Handmade in London from khaki acetate with a smoke grey lens, these limited edition sunglasses are our everyday take on the collaboration. Complete with a DIY paracord neck strap and Solaris printed cleaning cloth.

Our first ever sunglasses, made in collaboration with Cubitts spectacle makers. The whole project started with a pair of vintage Nighthawk glasses built to brighten your view rather than darken it: a little sunshine filter for a city that's grey most of the year. This is the version for when the sun does show up, with a neutral grey lens and a translucent khaki frame we picked from Cubitts' acetate library. Each frame is hand-cut and polished at Cubitts' London workshop, by makers paid at least the real Living Wage, the same standard we hold ourselves to at our own factory in Manchester. The shape is simple, squared-off and unisex, designed to slot easily into any wardrobe so you don't have to be brave to wear it. We've added small holes to the ends of the arms and included a paracord neck strap for you to attach yourself, so you get to be part of the making too.
